Policies

• Prices in US Dollars.
• Check-in time is 3PM / Check-out time is 10AM.
• 1 month minimum stay.
• 30% deposit required to secure booking.
• Balance of 70% due 90 days prior to check-in date.
• If reservation is cancelled within 90 days before check-in, the second payment of 70% will be refunded if property can be re-leased for the same rate during the same time period. If the rate or new rental time differs from the original reservation, the refund will be prorated accordingly.
• This property includes 2 full days of maid service per week (Tuesday + Friday) at no charge. Additional service @ $20/hour, if available.
• Tre Pesci also includes a full-time property manager and care-taker, employed by owners.
• $300 Cleaning Fee at check-out, Booking Fee (varies based on reservation cost).
• $9,000 security deposit refundable within 14 days of check-out.
• Pool heating fees: $25/day for reservations between May 15 - Sep 15, $45/day for reservations between Sep 16 - May 14.
• Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
• NO SMOKING inside the house / restricted smoking on the grounds (Montecito fire zone).
